Yes, where a tailored application is the right response to a defined business need. Every proposed build is scoped around its purpose, users, information requirements, oversight and ongoing ownership.

Inner Intelligence does not begin with a target to replace people. We look for work that is repetitive, fragmented or unnecessarily manual, then decide what can be improved while keeping human judgement and relationships where they add value or provide necessary oversight.
Every project is reviewed individually. Inner Intelligence does not currently build systems intended to hold sensitive children's case records or court-related case information, and does not build unsupervised high-impact decision systems. If a project involves health, safeguarding or other sensitive information, we will assess whether the work is suitable and whether additional specialist input is required.
Both. Inner Intelligence is based in Clitheroe, Lancashire and works with organisations locally and remotely. On-site work may be available by arrangement.
Projects are scoped around the organisational need, the discovery required and the work to be delivered. After the initial conversation, we will explain the appropriate next step and whether a paid review or mapping stage is needed before implementation can be quoted.
Where ongoing support is useful, it can be included for an agreed period or scoped separately. Not every project requires a continuing retainer.
