Who we work with

For organisations built around expertise, service and trust.

Inner Intelligence works with established and growing service-led organisations that need clearer systems, more connected delivery or a considered way to introduce AI.

Coaches, consultants and expert-led businesses

When the business has grown beyond a collection of offers and separate tools.

Programmes, private services, events, memberships and digital products can create several different customer journeys behind one brand. We help connect those journeys, improve the systems supporting delivery and reduce the amount of information the founder or a small team has to hold personally.

The work may involve CRM structure, lead and event workflows, onboarding, delivery spaces, tailored client tools or a more cohesive branded environment.

Training and professional development providers

Connect the learner journey from first enquiry to continued development.

Training organisations often manage more than the course itself. There are enquiries, bookings, cohorts, trainers, resources, attendance, communication, feedback, certificates and future programmes to coordinate.

We can bring those stages into a clearer learner journey, improve coordination between staff and trainers, and create portals or knowledge spaces that support people before, during and after the learning experience.

Membership and accreditation organisations

Create a member experience that is easier to navigate and easier to manage.

Membership organisations can accumulate fragmented tools for registration, resources, communication, renewals, events and support. We help connect these parts so members understand what is available and the team has better visibility behind the scenes.

This may include onboarding and renewal journeys, resource spaces, events, communication, application or assessment workflows and the internal administration needed to support them.

Care and person-centred organisations

Use technology carefully in work where context and judgement matter.

Terri's 11 years in social work gives Inner Intelligence a practical understanding of person-centred environments, including the pressures staff carry, the importance of context and the consequences of poorly designed systems.

Our work in this sector focuses on lower-risk operational areas such as staff onboarding, training, internal knowledge, enquiries, communication and appropriate administrative workflows.

Important boundary

Inner Intelligence does not currently build systems intended to hold sensitive case records, children's case information or court-related client data. Projects involving vulnerable people, sensitive data or decisions that could materially affect an individual require careful suitability and risk review before any work is agreed.

An honest note

When Inner Intelligence may not be the right fit

Inner Intelligence may not be the right partner if you are looking only for the quickest software setup, want to automate professional judgement without meaningful oversight or need a high-risk case management system.

We are best suited to organisations that are willing to examine how the work currently happens and make thoughtful decisions before implementation begins.
